What kind of leather do you use for your products?
We use premium full-grain leather sourced from world-renowned tanneries. Because we use the highest quality hides, you may notice natural variations and markings that make every bag uniquely yours.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most of our items are made-to-order by hand. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production before your order ships via USPS or UPS. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our studio.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your KMM & Co. piece. We accept returns on unused, non-customized items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale or custom-monogrammed products cannot be returned.
Can I add a custom monogram to my bag?
Absolutely! We offer custom fire-branded monogramming on many of our tote bags and accessories. Look for the 'Add Monogram' option on the product page to personalize your item.
How should I care for my leather goods?
We recommend applying a high-quality leather conditioner every 6-12 months to keep the leather hydrated. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heavy rain to maintain the integrity of the hide.
